For the past 25 years, I have consulted for a wide range of companies including Burger King, Wendy’s, The Buffalo Sabres/Bills/Bisons, I.G.A, Wegmans, The Prime Wine Group, Noco Motor Fuels, Delta Sonic Car Wash And Systems, Consumer’s Beverages, The Fort Erie And Queenston Duty Free Shops, The Buffalo Zoo and a variety of independent small businesses and restaurants.

Consulting consists of initially preparing Mystery Shopper reports to evaluate customer service, operations, merchandising, advertising, security, etc. Based on each report, I have provided constructive, practical advice to correct or improve upon existing conditions to better improve customer service, staff productivity and operations to better serve customers and improve profits.

I obtained a B.A. Degree from Ryerson University, School of Hospitality and Tourism in 1984. I continued acquiring business and customer service skills working in management positions for such companies as Shell Canada, Boots Drug Stores (now Pharma Plus) and Wardair airlines – Voted one of the world’s top airlines for Customer Service.
